Culinary Summer Camp

Chef Mary has created this drop off summer camp to give rising 5th - 10th graders a place to hone their culinary skills or learn something new this summer. Your kids will learn new culinary skills and make a different cuisine each day. They will also learn critical team building skills by working together with a group to make their meal. After enjoying lunch, students will make a dessert to take home along with the recipe book daily so they can prepare dinner for you! 

Monday - Thursday from 10AM - 2PM

Session 1: June 24 - 27, 2024

Session 2: July 22 - 25, 2024

Session 3: August 12 - 15, 2024

Cost $400 per session

Class Details

Monday: Neapolitan Pizza & Calzones, Anti pasta Salad, Zeppoli (fried doughnuts)

Tuesday: Mexican - Beef Empanadas, Fish Tacos, Chicken Enchiladas, Beans & Rice, Churros Cheesecake bites

Wednesday: Italian – Cheese Ravioli, Spaghetti w/ Bolognese Sauce, Chicken Parmesan, Caesar Salad, Cannoli’s

Thursday: Assorted Sushi Rolls, Pork Gyoza, Seaweed Salad, Banana Sushi

Camps require a minimum of 8 students to run and will be cut off at maximum 16. 

Camps are non-refundable.  

While we do not offer public classes for children (children 12-17 may attend any of our standard classes along with a paying adult), we do offer private children's group classes for birthdays, sports teams, clubs, private schools, home school groups, church groups and any other organization or group.

Available Mon, Tue, Thur, & Sat 11AM - 2PM 

Cost: $1000 

Includes:

Up to 10 Children (age 8 - 16) and 2 Chaperones

Additional children or chaperones $75 ea; max 20 people

All instruction, ingredients, equipment, recipes, water/lemonade, snacks upon arrival.

Feel free to bring decorations, cake or cupcakes for your group. Site can be accessed 20 minutes prior for decorating.

Private parties are non-refundable but can be rescheduled to an available date with 5 days' notice.
